President Donald Trump will host a dinner with several prominent business leaders Tuesday night at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, while on his working vacation.

That list includes Continental Resources CEO Harold Hamm, newly appointed Fiat Chrysler CEO Michael Manley, Johnson & Johnson CEO Alex Gorsky, Mastercard CEO Ajaypal Banga, Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg and FedEx CEO Fred Smith, among others.

"This is an opportunity for the President to hear how the economy is doing from their perspective and what their priorities and thoughts are for the year ahead," a White House spokeswoman said in a statement.

[post_ads]Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo., is also expected to be present for the business dinner in the wake of the beverage company's announcement Monday that she would be stepping down from the position and replaced by the company's president, Ramon Laguarta.

During the meeting, President Trump is expected to hear views from the business leaders regarding economic growth. He is also expected to listen to what their business priorities are for the upcoming year.

The Department of Labor on Friday announced that the U.S. economy added 157,000 jobs in July. During that time, the unemployment rate had dropped to 3.9 percent.

In a tweet Monday, the president said that economy has "never been better," and that it’s at "the best point in history."

Trump on Friday said the economy had added nearly 500,000 manufacturing jobs since the election and almost 4 million jobs in total.

President Trump has met with numerous prominent business figures at the White House since the election. In January 2017, he sat down with 12 CEOs of the largest companies in the U.S. That group included SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, Ford CEO Mark Fields and Lockheed Martin CEO Marillyn Hewson.
